Key requirementsMinimum 8 years of related work experienceBachelor in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)5+ years of production experience on at least one major mobile platform (iOS with Swift/SwiftUI or Android with Kotlin)Strong communication and leadership abilities with proven team managementExperience with mobile application development lifecycle and delivery practicesTrack record of writing high-quality code, tests, and documentationAbility to manage distributed teams across multiple time zonesExperience partnering with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) and ensuring reliability and availabilityDemonstrated diversity, inclusion, and belonging in leadershipAbility to navigate complex corporate environments and influence stakeholdersstrong communicationleadership and people managementcollaborationiOS development (Swift/SwiftUI)Android development (Kotlin)mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Composable Architecture)
