Sales Account Manager
SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER General overviewAt RMT Global Partners, our Sales Account Managers generate new business opportunities and manage relationships with our existing network of partners. This role requires a proactive and result-driven individual who understands customer needs and can effectively communicate the value of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be motivated by targets, skilled in negotiation, committed to exceeding sales goals and see travel as a benefit of this role. RMT Sales Account Managers can expect around 30% travel annually. Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay current with the industry.Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process. Required Skills & ExperienceA bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
