It’s a great time to be a part of ZOLL!Job SummaryThe Deployment Engineer is responsible for supporting the North American Hospital Sales force through utilization of their technical ability and product knowledge. This position will be responsible for the installation, configuration and training of customers who use the ZOLL Suite of software and hardware products focusing on resuscitation applications.Essential FunctionsInstallation and configuration of Software and Hardware Products into Hospital SystemsPerform training for clients either through on-site (travel required) or through remote toolsParticipate in training for the Sales Teams as products developContribute towards knowledge base articles for Sales Engineering and SupportProvide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management in order to assist in the further development of the RescueNet Product Suites and associated hardwareAttend trade shows as required to support the sales effortRequired/Preferred Education And ExperienceB.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferredTechnical Background is highly desired preferredKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesStrong presentation, customer service, and training skillsExperience with Single Sign On technologiesStrong technical aptitude and problem-solving approachExperience in troubleshooting software installsExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and directedExperience in providing support to a sales organization that focuses on selling complex enterprise-wide software and hardware solutionsAbility to travel to sales regions from a home officeTravel Requirements75%ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
