Lead Technical Program Manager, Simulation

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager Simulation to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.Location: Mountain View, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $272,000 – $336,000 annuallyResponsibilities Partner with leadership to define and drive vision for simulation and ML evaluation platforms Drive integration of simulation in the ML development loop Lead cross-functional programs to scale evaluation infrastructure Own budgeting and capacity planning in the Simulation domain Manage upstream/downstream dependencies as a technical partner Build and mentor a team of Technical Program ManagersQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams Proven track record in managing complex ML platforms Experience leading cross-functional programs end-to-end Strong technical judgment for strategic technical direction 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software engineering or ML environmentsBenefits Participation in annual bonus program Equity incentive plan Generous benefits program, subject to eligibility requirementsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
