We're proud of our rich history—and even more excited about our future.We are currently seeking a seasoned, customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our team in Lebanon & Germantown, OH. If you have dealership experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering top-notch service to agricultural and turf equipment customers, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Greet and assist customers with identifying and purchasing the correct parts for agricultural and lawn/garden equipment.Provide tailored support for urgent needs, including machine-down situations and parts stocking programs.Use systems like IntelliDealer and Parts Lookup to locate parts and ensure accurate order processing.Record sales transactions and maintain up-to-date bin inventory records.Help maintain an organized and well-merchandised parts display area.Support service technicians by researching and supplying required parts for customer, internal, or warranty repairs.Deliver parts and supplies to designated areas in the service department per the branch layout.Handle returns efficiently, including processing returned parts, pallets, envirocrates, and other materials.Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing daily and in-stock orders.Help with internal Service and Sales administration when applicable.Foster long-term relationships—make every customer “A Customer for Life.”Perform other duties as assigned to support the branch.What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)2-3 years of experience in a dealership parts department (preferred)Strong technical knowledge of parts and equipmentFamiliarity with computerized parts systemsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsSolid computer proficiency and high attention to detailEffective selling skills, especially in offering complete job solutionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and access shelving throughout the parts areaWillingness to work Saturdays and flexible seasonal hoursWho Thrives at Koenig?You’ll fit right in if you are:A self-starter who takes ownership of your workA strong communicator who enjoys working with peopleComfortable using technology to deliver great serviceExcited by growth, innovation, and continuous learningEqual Opportunity EmployerKoenig Equipment, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
