This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and company that is positioned well for significant growth.REQUIREMENTS for the Corporate Controller roleBachelor’s degree in AccountingCPA Designation10+ years of progressive Corporate Accounting experienceGlobal / International company experienceStrong understanding of GAAPRESPONSIBILITIES of the Corporate Controller roleLead the global accounting function, including general ledger, cost accounting, Consolidation, inventory management, and intercompany reconciliationsOversee month-end and year-end close processes across all entities, ensuring accurate consolidation and reportingEnsure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting requirementsMaintain and enhance internal control systems and processes across all regionsCoordinate annual audits (US and international) and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.Partner with plant controllers to ensure consistent application of accounting policies and accurate site-level reportingLead accounting integration efforts related to new system implementations or M&A activityAssist with cash management, working capital reporting, and banking compliancePrepare technical accounting memos and ensure appropriate documentation of significant transactions
