Vice President of Infrastructure Platforms

We are seeking a Platform IT Operations Leader to own the reliability, scalability, and performance of our global enterprise platforms. This individual will lead infrastructure and cloud operations across a hybrid environment, ensuring systems are secure, compliant, and always available to support business-critical operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving modern platform operations, building reliability engineering capabilities, and leading global teams and partners.ResponsibilitiesLead global platform operations across cloud, data centers, and enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performanceDefine and execute a platform operations strategy covering compute, storage, cloud, databases, backup, and monitoringBuild and mature a platform reliability or site reliability engineering function focused on automation, observability, and resilienceEstablish service levels, operational processes, and governance aligned to ITIL and reliability best practicesOversee hybrid infrastructure environments including cloud platforms and on-premise systemsDrive automation and infrastructure-as-code to improve scalability and reduce manual effortPartner with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable platform servicesEnsure reliability of enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, data platforms, and business applicationsLead database operations including performance, backup, recovery, and patching across multiple platformsImplement monitoring, observability, and incident management capabilities to improve system visibility and responseEnsure compliance with regulatory and security requirements, including audit readiness and control managementLead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical systemsManage global teams and external partners to deliver 24x7 operational supportOwn infrastructure and cloud budgets, driving cost optimization and financial transparencyQualifications15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or platform operations7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and/or managed service providersExperience operating in hybrid environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructureStrong understanding of enterprise platforms, infrastructure services, and operational best practicesExperience building or scaling reliability engineering or modern operations functionsBackground working in regulated environments such as manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, or similar industries preferredProven ability to lead large-scale operations, drive improvements, and manage complex environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsTechnical EnvironmentCloud platforms such as Azure and AWSVirtualization and container technologies including VMware and KubernetesEnterprise databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQLMonitoring and observability tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog, or DynatraceAutomation tools including Terraform, Ansible, and scripting frameworksJuno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
