The successful candidate will be a key player in supporting the sales team, with a focus on the company's heart health solutions. This role requires a Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) and previous experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment, ideally within a healthcare technology organization. The VP, Medical Affairs will be a subject matter expert, providing clinical expertise and leading the Medical Affairs team. Responsibilities include partnering with the commercial team to enhance win rates, speaking at various engagements, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver the company's value proposition. The role also involves mentoring new team members, creating content to support the sales process, and serving as a clinical and solutions SME during client interactions. Candidates for the VP, Medical Affairs position at the company should have excellent presentation skills, the ability to travel occasionally, and a background that includes working with product and solutions teams. The role demands a collaborative, creative, and courageous individual who can effectively communicate the company's differentiators and drive excitement about its value proposition. The VP will be expected to maintain intra-company relationships, assist with clinical and solution responses to RFPs, and demonstrate client value.
