Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook role based in Nashville, TN. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety and cleanliness, maintaining an organized workstation, and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver consistently excellent meals. Additional duties may include menu preparation, inventory control, and contributing to a positive kitchen atmosphere. Qualifications Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, knife handling, and cooking techniques.Competence in kitchen workflow, food safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness.Time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities in a dynamic setting.Effective communication and teamwork skills to ensure smooth operations.Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.Previous experience as a line cook or in a related culinary role is preferred.Culinary arts training or certification is an advantage.A passion for providing exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to continuous learning.
