Chief Financial Officer
Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United StatesWho are we recruiting for:Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy IPP backed by a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure investment fund. With a strong pipeline of operational and development-stage assets across North America, the platform is entering a key phase of strategic and financial growth and is seeking a CFO to play a central role in scaling the business.What will you be doing:-You will lead the overall financial strategy of the platform, supporting both operational performance and long-term growth objectives.-You will oversee corporate finance activities including debt structuring, refinancing, liquidity management and capital allocation.-You will manage relationships with shareholders, lenders, auditors, advisors and financial institutions.-You will lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities across the platform and SPV structure.-You will support M&A, project financing and fundraising processes alongside the investment and leadership teams.-You will ensure robust financial governance, controls, compliance and risk management processes are in place.-You will oversee treasury, accounting, tax and financial operations functions, building scalable processes as the platform grows.-You will act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and investors, contributing to board-level decision-making and corporate strategy.Are you the ideal candidate?-Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
