Technical Project Manager E-CommerceLocation: San Ramon, CAJob Type: Contract / Long-TermWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across e-commerce and POS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills, along with a solid understanding of retail technology and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of technical projects from planning through implementation.Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Retail Operations, E-commerce, POS, QA, and Infrastructure.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and delivery priorities.Manage integrations between POS, e-commerce, OMS, ERP, CRM, payment, and other retail platforms.Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.Track project health, issues, risks, dependencies, and action items.Work with technical leads and architects to ensure solutions align with business and technical objectives.Support release planning, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.Provide regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Technology Delivery.Strong experience managing enterprise technology projects involving multiple teams and systems.Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Project/Excel, and collaboration tools.Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and vendor relationships.Retail / E-Commerce Experience PreferredExperience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Technology environments.Understanding of POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail store technology.Experience with e-commerce platforms, OMS, inventory, order fulfillment, payments, or customer-facing applications.Experience managing integrations across POS, E-commerce, OMS, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.Experience with retail technology transformation or digital commerce initiatives is a strong plus.Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong enterprise delivery experience and practical exposure to E-commerce/POS environments.
