Our network of experienced nurses enables flexible, high-quality service delivery across all therapeutic areas.Position OverviewMysa Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide home infusion and injection services. This role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule and patient caseload while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of specialty therapies.Key ResponsibiliesAdminister intravenous (IV) infusions and injections in home and community settingsPerform patient assessments before, during, and after therapyMonitor for adverse reactionsEducate patients and caregivers on medications, administration, and side effect managementMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationCoordinate with pharmacies and healthcare providers as requiredAdhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsEnsure proper handling and disposal of medications and supplies, including controlled substances where applicableQualificationsActive and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable stateMinimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experienceExperience with IV infusion therapy preferredStrong venous access skillsCurrent BLS certification (ACLS an asset, where applicable)Experience in home health, infusion therapy, or specialty pharmacy settings is an assetValid driver’s license and reliable transportationSkills and CompetenciesStrong clinical judgment and assessment skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyClear and professional communicationHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyCommitment to patient safety and quality careWork StructureFlexible scheduling based on nurse availability and patient needsOpportunities for ongoing or one-time patient visitsVariety of therapeutic areas and patient populationsWhy Join Mysa HealthFlexible work model with control over your schedule and caseloadOpportunities to work across a broad range of specialty therapiesSupportive coordination team and streamlined processesAbility to provide meaningful, one-on-one patient care in home and community settings
