Whether you’re an experienced Master Technician or an entry-level technician looking to grow, we provide training, tools, and advancement opportunities to help you succeed.💰 Compensation & Benefits 💵 $19.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience & skill level) 💸 Weekly production bonuses + year-end performance bonus ⏱️ Consistent workflow – technicians regularly flag 45+ hours/week 🏥 Union benefits (pension, medical, dental, PTO, sick & personal time) 📚 Paid ASE certification & manufacturer training 🧰 Tool relocation assistance (company-paid) 🛠️ Modern, climate-controlled shop with advanced equipment 🚗 Employee discounts (vehicles, parts & service) 🏆 Annual recognition gala & performance awards 📈 Career growth within VIP Automotive Group (9+ locations) 🔧 Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles Complete oil changes, brakes, tires, inspections, and general service repairs Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability issues Perform NY State inspections and manufacturer-recommended services Complete software updates, programming, and system diagnostics Collaborate with Parts Department for efficient workflow Inspect vehicles and recommend additional service needs Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Keep work area clean and adhere to safety standards Support and mentor junior or apprentice technicians ✅ Qualifications Experience as an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic / Service Technician Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills (A & B techs preferred) Manufacturer or dealership experience preferred ASE certifications a plus (we will help you obtain them) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop Valid driver’s license with clean record 📅 Schedule Full-Time position 5-day work week Monday – Saturday (schedule) 📍 Location Levittown Ford – VIP Automotive GroupLevittown, NY🚀 Apply Today Build your career with a top-performing dealership group that invests in its technicians.
