The Escrow Officer will manage all aspects of real estate escrow transactions, including opening, managing, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include knowledge of all aspects of a title transaction from open to close and managing the escrow teams. The role also requires delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely and accurate document processing.QualificationsStrong understanding of escrow procedures, real estate documentation, and compliance with relevant laws and regulationsExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills for working with clients and third-party professionalsStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detailProficiency in relevant computer software and escrow processing systems (Qualia preferred)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
