Applications Engineer (Manufacturing)Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area, MNWe’re partnering with a growing precision manufacturing organization looking to add an Applications Engineer to their team!This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to grow within a hands-on manufacturing environment.What You’ll Do:• Review customer drawings and technical specs• Prepare accurate quotes (materials, labor, processes)• Support RFQs and collaborate with Sales & Engineering• Help transition projects from quote → production (heavily involved on the floor)• Work closely with Ops, Quality, and Purchasing teamsWhat We’re Looking For:• Experience in precision machining or manufacturing (preferred)• Strong blueprint reading skills (GD&T a plus)• Understanding of CNC processes and secondary operations• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail• Eagerness to learn and growDetails:• 100% onsite (40-45/hrs. per week)• 1st shift | Full-time• Time and a half overtime eligible • Company pays 60% of health insurance premiums for employee and dependents
