Case Manager
Mold Law Group is looking for a Case Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Case Manager include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Duties of the Case Manager team include preparing reports, assisting clients with their documentation and general questions, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like, MS Excel and office equipment. If you have pervious experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant or Paralegal and familiarity within our industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Case Manager should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Supervise case management team, writing team, and interns
Train new employees and create/edit training materials
Customer service, i.e. identifying and addressing issues and escalating when necessary
Client case management, onboarding zoom calls, answering general questions
Key liaison between expert witnesses to order forensic reports
Documenting and resolving chargeback disputes, weekly commission, sales reports, and invoicing
Edit materials distributed to clients, such as, case summary reports
General administrative duties
Skills
Prior leadership position or experience
Experience in an administrative based role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Associate degree or prior experience in a similar role preferred
