Construction Laborer

Site Prep / Site Clean-Up LaborerAerotek is currently hiring Site Prep / Site Clean-Up Laborers to support active job sites. This role involves general labor duties to keep job sites clean, organized, and moving at a fast pace. Job Duties Include: Moving and staging building materials Loading and unloading materials and furniture into trucks Installing and removing temporary fencing General site clean-up using brooms and basic cleaning tools Assisting crews with daily site prep needs Using basic hand tools as needed Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to maintain a steady, fast-paced work environment Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, carrying, standing, walking) Must be professional and able to communicate respectfully with clients or site personnel Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Able to start work immediately Position Details: Contract-based role Full-time hours depending on site needs Immediate start required Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Richardson, TX. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
