Our rewarding work environment allows multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship while maintaining autonomy and growth that is specific to each of our clinician's passions and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and environmental needs.Develop and implement individualized, client-centered treatment plans to address functional limitations and achieve meaningful goals.Provide therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADLs) training, instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on compensatory strategies, home modifications, and safety precautions.Assess and recommend specialized equipment (e.g., mobility aids, splints, assistive technology) and instruct on their proper use.Document patient evaluations, progress, and interventions accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., PTs, SLPs, physicians) to ensure holistic and coordinated care.Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.Engage in continuous professional development and adhere to ethical and professional standards.Required Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy ProgramProof of current (or pending state licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in respective stateCurrent and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse patient populations.Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to client care.Why Choose Us:• Clinical Team Support: Many opportunities for mentorship and peer to peer learning• Limitless CEU Learning: Through subscriptions, both live and on-demand.
