We are seeking an (W2) IT Application Analyst with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and managing application support in a production environment.Required Skills:5+ years of IT application support and production support experienceStrong SQL skills and experience working with complex databasesKnowledge of Java and Python (reading/troubleshooting)Experience with AWS/Azure, Windows Servers, and cloud technologiesUnderstanding of Agile/SDLC, change management, and incident managementExperience with application support, vendor/MSP coordination, and troubleshootingBasic knowledge of networking and firewallsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
