Commercial Regional Sales Manager
Fluidra’s looking for a Commercial Regional Sales Manager to join our team!What You Will ContributeThe commercial pool segment is one of Fluidra’s top global initiatives. This role is responsible for the sales activities in the commercial segment of the U.S. in the assigned area of the Western Region. This includes coordination with the overall North American sales force to drive commercial segment sales in both the institutional and HMAC markets. This role requires a proactive approach to create and execute a sales plan that focuses on achieving both our short and long-term sales goals.Drive Company Goals And ResultsThis role requires a highly motivated, resourceful sales professional that can analyze the market, create competitive comparisons, and establish tactics to win new customers and grow our market share. This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to establish effective communications with customers, appropriate executives and managers to maximize organization's sales effectiveness and growth. Additionally, you will:Be a key contributor in the strategy creation and market execution of all components of the Commercial Pool Segment Business UnitLead the field sales efforts in the assigned geography to provide customer support and influence customers to purchase Fluidra Brand products. Present to key Aquatic Design Firms, to influence specifications for Fluidra products.Develop distribution networks to stock and support product demand in the assigned geography.Develop relationships with and drive product sales with commercial contractors who build and/or service commercial pools. Manage expenses and sales accommodation to assigned budget levels. Support Bids/quotes to drive project sales and develop sales strategies to win in the Bid/Spec. project market.Provide technical assistance and sales support for Fluidra products to drive specifications and sales.Coordinate closely with the Residential Sales force to provide support and assistance with their customers operating in the commercial segment. Travel as needed to support customers, attend trade shows and sales meetings.LEADERSHIP, DEVELOPMENT & EXPERTISE IN INDUSTRY CODE & COMPLIANCEParticipate in assigned education and training conferences on product knowledge, sales methodology and leadership developmentInfluence and provide technical expertise in industry trade shows, customer meetings and seminars. Support Tech Support in resolving customer issues as it relates to quality and shippingCoordinate between field service and sales to resolve product issues.
