Global Revenue Manager - Hypergrowth AI Technology Company - Onsite

We are partnering with a high-growth AI technology company that is building out its global finance organization and seeking a Global Revenue Manager to take ownership of its revenue operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical function at scale, driving accurate revenue recognition, improving billing and collections processes, and partnering across the business to support continued growth in a complex, pre-IPO environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global revenue recognition, including contract review and technical accounting treatment in compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15Oversee accurate revenue reporting across accounts receivable, deferred revenue, contract assets/liabilities, and customer depositsPartner closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to advise on deal structuring and revenue implicationsDevelop, enhance, and maintain revenue policies, procedures, and internal controls to support audit readiness and complianceOwn and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and reporting deliverablesOversee global billing operations, including complex models such as usage-based, subscription, milestone-based, and multi-element arrangementsCollaborate with RevOps, Sales Operations, and IT to drive system enhancements, automation, and performance optimizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA strongly preferred10+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting, including exposure to global operationsDeep expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15, including experience with hardware revenue accountingProven experience managing billing and collections functions in a high-volume, scalable environmentStrong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Stripe)Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teamsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
