Paint Booth Operator
The Paint Booth Operator is responsible for all beams and processes associated with repaints to include, but not limited to sanding, prepping, and painting. This person will be accountable for the safety, quality, and efficiency of the Paint Booth operations. Will also help in any other area of the plant as needed.

Days | Monday- Thursday | 5:00 AM- 3:30 PM
Duties and responsibilities
Painting re-paint product from Pultrusion department
Responsible for properly recording chemical usage
Responsible for painting product according to Geotek standards of quality
During slow times in paint booth area, or during drying time of painted material, this person will work in Pultrusion/Secondary/Packaging/Shipping areas as required
Responsible for Paint Booth area process improvement and efficiency
Will support Inventory and EPA emissions reporting by timely reporting all chemical usages

Close attention to detail
Able to read and write the English language
Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure
Able to work and lead with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem solving skills are essential
Strong emphasis on quality, productivity and safety
The compensation range for this position is $21.25 - 26.50. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.
Physical Work Conditions
The position is located on the production floor, standing for up to 12 hours a day
Work with or around power tools, loud equipment, and chemicals
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
