Revenue Cycle Manager

Position Title: Revenue Cycle ManagerReporting to: VP of Revenue CycleLocation: Chicago, ILThe Company: Premier Dentist PartnersJob SummaryAs Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in successful transition of PMS systems to Denticon, oversee revenue cycle processes and ensure collections are maintained or improved. This position involves managing the revenue cycle operations of all Denticon locations.Responsibilities Manage processes related to Denticon conversions, ensuring that all converted offices have successfully adopted the platform, including but not limited to:Pre Conversion trainingPost Conversion SupportSupport ticket issuesAssist in the development of RCM solutions regarding expanded platform tools including but not limited to:Automated EligibilityFee Schedule and Plan Building ManagementERA Auto postingAssist with selection, assessment and roll out of integrated vendors for improved efficiency and scalability of the enterprise systems.Maintain and/or improve RCM KPIs for converted locations; identifying areas of non-compliance, and training locations as needed.Ensure compliance through working collaboratively with Executive and Operational leadership.Manage vendor relationships as required.Additional projects or initiatives as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or experience equivalent; healthcare administration, finance or related field is a plus.5+ years in dental RCM, preferably in a multi-location environment, 2+ years of people managementPrevious experience in project management a plus.Proficiency in various practice management software-Denticon, as well as Excel and other Microsoft SuiteMust be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.CompensationHighly competitive compensation consisting of base salary and performance bonus
