Direct Support Professional (Enhanced/Highly Qualified)

Lots of room for growth $$$ Looking for several staff to join our team of Direct Support Professionals who provide 2:1 AND 1:1 services for a young adult male with varied cognitive, behavioral, and medical needs. You will work alongside a great team that is dedicated to the growth and support of this individual, both in his home and in the community. You will work as part of this team to assist the individual in developing or maintaining skills and improving his level of independence. You will be provided paid training and on-site supervision to ensure success for all while promoting a great quality of life for this individual! This is a great opportunity to gain experience! RBT certification and supervision available Pay rates based on experience and credentials and will be discussed in the interview. Successfully clearing PA State Police Criminal Record Check required.
