International Law Firm is recruiting for an experienced Global Benefits Manager to oversee firmwide benefits operations, well-being programs, and global compliance.What You'll Do:Lead global benefits strategy, operations, and governanceOversee health, retirement, leave, life/disability, and EAP/well-being programsManage global vendors, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvementDesign and implement firmwide well-being initiativesDrive plan design, harmonization, and RFP/vendor negotiationsEnsure compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA + global statutory)Lead budgeting, analytics, and benefits reportingCoach and develop a high-performing global teamWhat You Bring:8–12+ years global benefits experience3–5+ years leading managers or cross-regional teamsStrong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA + international requirementsAdvanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's required; CEBS/advanced degree preferred25+ Years Strong.Excellence Delivered.Trust the Process.This is the DNA Partners promise—today and every day.DNAPartners #StaffingLeaders #ExecutiveSearch #HiringMadeSimpleJ-18808-Ljbffr
