A rapidly growing global alternative investment manager is looking to expand their internal controls and audit team.Job FunctionAssist in spearheading the company's risk assessment process and assist in developing and executing a dynamic audit planAssist in implementing and maintaining appropriate internal controls and processes designed to identify and mitigate risksLead ad-hoc programs and initiatives to provide advisory insightsCoordinate with external auditors and process owners to ensure proper and timely execution of control requirementsManage co-sourced service providers while executing audits and other engagementsCollaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate periodic risk reportingMaintain collaborative working relationships with business partnersJob RequirementsBachelor Degree in Accounting. Experience in assessing business risk and evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls for Asset Management or Financial Services clients at a Big 4 firm or similarESG (Environmental Sustainability Governance) experience a big plus.Strong project management, people management, and communication skills.
