Overview We are seeking a dedicated Fence Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with fence installation and related tasks on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction-related activities, be physically capable of heavy lifting, and possess a strong work ethic. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in carpentry, masonry, and site maintenance within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist in the installation and repair of fences using hand tools and power tools Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Measure and mark areas for fence posts, panels, and other components Dig post holes using manual or power equipment, ensuring proper depth and alignment Mix and pour concrete for fence posts and footings as needed Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely during site work Perform general landscaping maintenance including landscape edging, planting, and ground leveling when required Support team members with framing, masonry, or concrete finishing tasks as needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly Skills Construction site experience with knowledge of safety procedures Proficiency in carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, or concrete forming is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods Familiarity with landscape maintenance and hardscape installation is advantageous Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Basic knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and assembly processes is beneficial Ability to adapt to various tasks on-site while maintaining high-quality workmanship Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: On-the-job training Tools provided Work Location: In person
