Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant/Solution Architect
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Prior consulting experience with a system integrator or other consulting company (3+ years)
Deep knowledge and experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP at mid-market to large companies, specifically in a multi-currency, multi-country environment (3+ years - Must be recent)
Experience leading complex ERP implementations and integrations with other systems (8+ years)
Knowledge of licensing of Business Central and other supporting extensions from Independent Software Vendors (ISV)
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions acting as both a Business Analyst and Solution Architect
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Bullhorn ATS is helpful but not required.

Developing agendas and leading discovery sessions - this is a client facing engagement with c-level executives. Executive presence with strong English skills is required.
One-time and run-rate cost modeling and estimating
Performing Fit-gap analyses and identifying where 3rd party or custom solutions are needed
Implementation roadmap and project plan development
Certifications Preferred but not required
