Compensation: To $95k, plus bonus.Job Overview - Senior Accountant - 34251Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the general ledger and month-end close process across multiple business units. This position offers strong exposure to a public company environment, including financial reporting and SOX compliance, along with the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to build technical expertise while gaining visibility within a dynamic, multi-entity structure.Key Responsibilities:Manage general ledger accounting for multiple business units (excluding inventory), including preparation of recurring and non-recurring journal entriesSupport the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesPerform and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliationsReconcile intercompany balances and collaborate with internal partners to resolve discrepanciesAnalyze intercompany transactions and provide insights as neededPrepare quarterly and annual reporting packages to support external (SEC) reporting requirementsMaintain and upload financial data within the company's consolidation system (e.g., OneStream)Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirementsContribute to process improvements and ongoing finance transformation initiativesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within public accounting and/or a publicly traded companyCPA or active progress toward CPA strongly preferredExperience working with ERP systems and financial consolidation toolsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsWhat Sets This Role Apart:Exposure to public company reporting and SOX complianceOpportunity to support multiple business units in a complex environmentHigh visibility across finance and operational teamsCollaborative, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellenceAdditional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy: #li-HybridSeniority Level: AssociateLinked In Poster: #LI-TC1About our ProcessWe will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
