The FP&A Financial Manager is a critical role in the organization that is responsible for forecasting and planning commercial revenue as well as other revenue streams. The role will be responsible for the preparation of board material and analysis related to consolidated revenue as well as total company financials. This role will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with commercial teams, site finance, accounting, supply chain and manufacturing to provide variance analysis and strategic insight.Primary ResponsibilitiesPartner with site finance and leadership teams to gather and evaluate consolidated revenue forecasts.Provide critical assessment of price and volume (actuals, forecast & plan)Guide cross-functional development of reporting through existing tools and implementation of new reporting technology and improved automation.Preparation of reporting packages for internal and external usersArticulate results, influence business decisions, and collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviewsIdentify and research variances to forecast, plan, and prior-year expenses, proactively propose opportunities for improvementPartner with leaders to develop business intelligence that will enhance financial reporting and drive changeAssist in the preparation of forecast & the annual operating plan modelsCross functional partnership with global teamsAssure full compliance with U.S. GAAP and financial standardsSkills And ExperienceRelevant experience, preferably in financial reporting and considerable systems knowledgeERP experience essential; CPM experience preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelSound analytical skills, good planning/organization skills, attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to identify problems and find solutionsAbility to prioritize effectively and to work to tight deadlinesAbility to build strong professional relationships with colleagues across differing functionsMinimum five (5) years of experience in accounting and/or financeMinimum five (5) years of experience in financial statement analysis and presentationUniversity degree or equivalent higher education qualificationBenefitsKindeva offers a comprehensive benefit package and resources for employees.California residents should review our Notice for California Employees and Applicants before applying.The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate.
