Lead, Digital Care Coordination & Operations

Devoted Health is seeking a Manager, Digital Care Coordination to lead the Digital Care Coordinators team and optimize our MyDevoted chat channel for scale. You’ll coach staff, manage performance, and own the operational engine behind the queue through forecasting, staffing, and workflow design. You will partner with clinical and product teams to improve care coordination workflows, ensure high-quality, compliant member communications, and drive melhoria in response times and member satisfaction.
