Regional Property Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a strategic and operationally driven Regional Manager to oversee multifamily assets across Oklahoma and Texas during a period of portfolio growth and operational expansion. This role will be partnered closely with executive leadership, asset management, and onsite teams to drive occupancy, revenue performance, operational consistency, resident experience, and team development across the portfolio.The ideal candidate is a strong operator with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives accountability, and leads teams through performance-focused operational execution.Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned multifamily assets- Drive leasing performance, occupancy strategy, collections, delinquency management, and revenue optimization across the portfolio- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits- Partner with maintenance leadership on turns, work orders, and capex coordination- Coach and develop onsite managers and maintenance teams- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards- Assist with implementation of new operational procedures and reporting systems- Revenue management and pricing strategy oversight- Budget accountability and expense management- Talent development and succession planning- Reputation management oversight- Stabilization strategy execution- Monitor KPIs including: Occupancy, Delinquency, Turn times, Payroll, and Controllable expensesThis role will require frequent travel to properties across Oklahoma and Texas in addition to other locations as needed.The compensation for this role is $41 - $50 per hour with a conversion salary between $85k - $105k with opportunities for bonuses.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 5+ years of experience with multifamily operations- 5+ years of management experience as Property Manager- Strong understanding of property operations and financials- Ability to travel often to properties across Oklahoma and TexasNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Prior experience with regional management of properties- Experience with Yardi
