We are dedicated to fostering a creative, supportive team culture where both customers and staff feel valued.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Stylist/Lead Stylist role located at Bobbles & Lace in St. Petersburg, Miami and Ft Lauderdale FL. The Stylist/Lead Stylist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by providing personalized styling guidance and creating an inspiring shopping experience. Daily tasks include assisting customers with styling tips, managing inventory, maintaining store aesthetics, planning and executing merchandising strategies, and supporting sales goals. In addition, the Lead Stylist will oversee daily team operations, coach team members, and drive their engagement and performance.QualificationsProven skills in fashion styling, visual merchandising, and trend awarenessStrong sales techniques accompanied by a customer-oriented approachExperience in team leadership, staff training, and performance managementOrganizational and inventory management skillsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environmentProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills is a plusPassion for fashion, styling, and maintaining a dynamic customer experiencePrior retail or boutique experience is strongly preferred
