Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Springfield, MO, for a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor. In this position, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, including assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention. You will develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs while monitoring progress and maintaining thorough documentation. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to address co-occurring disorders and participating in treatment planning meetings are also key components of this role. Qualifications Strong counseling skills, including individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis interventionProficiency in client assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoringKnowledge of substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disordersAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide trauma-informed careExcellent organizational and communication skillsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldProvisional License in Professional Counseling (PLPC) in the State of Missouri or eligibility to obtainExperience in mental health or substance use treatment settings is preferredCommitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for clients
