This leader will own regional revenue performance, drive execution of value‑based selling strategies, and partner cross‑functionally to accelerate growth in the HR technology market.The ideal candidate brings strong sales leadership experience, deep familiarity with HR/payroll buying cycles, and a proven ability to coach teams through complex, multi‑stakeholder deals in a fast‑growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of high‑performing sales professionals to consistently exceed regional revenue targetsRecruit, onboard, and ramp new hires while maintaining a strong performance cultureConduct regular pipeline reviews, deal coaching sessions, and performance feedback conversationsStrategic Selling & Deal ExecutionDrive adoption of consultative, value‑based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)Guide teams through complex, multi‑threaded mid‑market deal cyclesSupport negotiation strategy and closing of high‑value, long‑ and short‑cycle opportunitiesEnsure clear articulation of ROI and business impact to executive buyersTerritory & Operational ManagementOwn regional territory planning, market segmentation, and account strategyMaintain accurate forecasting and strong pipeline hygiene across all funnel stagesTrack and optimize KPIs including deal velocity, win rate, and average contract valueImplement scalable sales processes aligned with a high‑growth SaaS environmentCross‑Functional & Partner CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to shape and execute GTM strategyLeverage channel partners, brokers, and referral ecosystems common within HR techEnsure strong post‑sale handoffs and customer experience continuityExecutive Communication & PresenceEngage and influence C‑suite stakeholders across HR, Finance, Operations, and ITDeliver clear, compelling presentations and written communications internally and externallyWhat We Are Looking ForProven experience leading and developing B2B SaaS sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, and coachingStrong understanding of HR tech, payroll, and workforce management solutions, including integrations and complex buying groupsExpertise in consultative and value‑based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)Demonstrated success managing mid‑market, multi‑stakeholder deal cyclesStrong analytical and operational skills, including forecasting accuracy and KPI managementTrack record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex dealsExceptional communication skills with strong executive presenceWhat You’ll Gain In This RoleLeadership growth through direct ownership of a high‑performing sales teamDeep expertise in fast‑growing HR, payroll, and workforce management technologyAutonomy to own and shape strategy for a critical regional territoryHigh visibility through close collaboration with cross‑functional leadersCareer acceleration within a high‑growth SaaS organization with clear advancement paths
