Supports operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and validate member eligibility and enrollment dataAnalyze eligibility discrepancies and resolve issuesSupport configuration and updates within Epic TapestryCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate benefit coverageGenerate reports and monitor eligibility trendsEnsure compliance with regulatory and organizational standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related fieldExperience with eligibility processes in payer systems (Tapestry preferred)Strong analytical and data validation skillsKnowledge of healthcare insurance and enrollment workflowsGood communication and problem-solving abilities
