Nemera – Contract Program ManagerLocation: Chicago, IL – ICH Facility (Ravenswood/Montrose)Pay: Up to $70/hrPotential Direct Hire: Yes; target compensation of $120K–$140K+, depending on experiencePosition OverviewNemera is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate medical device development programs from quotation through product design freeze and process validation. This role will serve as a key customer interface while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure programs meet quality, cost, timing, and risk objectives.Medical device industry experience is required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage internal and external customers in partnership with the Key Account Manager.Coordinate the full program and cross-functional program team from RFQ through validation and design freeze.Develop and maintain program/project plans, budgets, timelines, and expenses.Manage multiple programs simultaneously while adjusting level of involvement based on program complexity.Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.Must HaveMedical device industry experience — REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.3–5+ years of Program Management experience, preferably within medical device development.Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.Highly PreferredExperience with high-volume production, injection molding, and automation.Medical device or combination product development experience.Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 62366.Experience managing programs involving multiple sites and cross-functional teams.Why Consider This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to join Nemera on a contract basis with the potential to convert to a direct-hire position.
