We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of Micro-Tech’s sales and marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on trade shows, industry events, and marketing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring events, materials, and programs are well-coordinated and aligned with commercial objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with planning, preparing, and evaluating industry events and programs, while also supporting broader marketing activities such as content coordination, asset management, CRM support, and internal communication. The role works cross functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners to help ensure smooth execution across initiatives. This position will be based in our Ann Arbor, Michigan, facility, as it involves managing collateral and materials shipped to and from the events. The position includes travel to support events, up to 2 times per year. Successful candidates should feel inspired to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to be self-directed and multi-task while meeting deadlines quickly. Additionally, qualified candidates will be curious and analytical and must be able to manage cross-departmental projects and collaborate with other functional team members. Responsibilities Support coordination of approved marketing content across channels and media platforms Update and maintain marketing resources such as images, collateral, and graphics Attend team meetings to discuss upcoming sales and marketing goals and objectives Coordinate meetings with marketing partners and team members Assist in reconciling marketing budgets with expenses for events and programs Coordinate marketing materials and shipping logistics for regional sales and marketing events, courses, and labs Support pre-, during-, and post-event coordination for national conferences, including show logistics, materials, and product preparation, shipping, and internal communication and alignment Communicate with the sales team to establish goals and develop effective marketing strategies for regional events and programs Serve as a Super User for our CRM platform (HubSpot), helping team members with access and support Prepare business communications as directed Serve as a point of contact for marketing team requests and support a variety of marketing coordination and logistical needs across the team Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred At least 1+ years of experience in marketing event planning, coordination, or relevant experience with HubSpot CRM Candidates with extensive relevant experience without a degree are encouraged to apply Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with project management and leading projects Familiarity with direct mail applications and marketing automation tools Essential functions of the job.
