Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Ruby on Rails

Job Description:Take features from problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, and operation Use the modern toolchain to materially compound output Frame problems efficiently and supervise end-to-end work Understand data flow, failure modes, and performance characteristics of systems Improve runtime systems and tooling for developer productivity Evolve legacy services for stability and performance Shape REST/JSON:API/OpenAPI contracts for integrations Work closely with product, design, and other engineers Produce clear specs, ADRs, PR descriptions, and runbooks Mentor other engineers and contribute to software building Requirements:BS/BA or equivalent experience 6+ years building production web applications 3+ years with Ruby on Rails in production Deep experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments Strong proficiency with relational databases Experience integrating modern front-end frameworks with Rails Strong API design and implementation skills Working knowledge of AWS, Docker, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines Practical experience with testing and production debugging Benefits:Health insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Professional development Remote work options
