Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and deliver exceptional food and beverage service. This role is responsible for driving profitability, maintaining high service standards, and leading a high-performing team to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Service Excellence Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and concerns Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff Coach, develop, and evaluate employee performance Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Lead regular team meetings and ensure clear communication Financial Performance & Administration Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability Prepare payroll, schedules, and tip distribution reports Assist with forecasting and performance tracking Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in food & beverage operations Previous supervisory or management experience required High school diploma or equivalent required ServSafe and TIPS certification preferred Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Solid financial and operational acumen Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Opportunity to lead a dynamic team, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact on guest experience.
