Role – Forward Deployed Engineer (Palantir) Healthcare domainLocation – RemoteWe're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build and ship production-grade healthcare solutions on the Palantir platform. This role is highly customer-proximate: you'll work closely with healthcare stakeholders and Engineers to translate messy, high-stakes operational problems into secure data products, workflows, and applications that teams actually use. You will operate across the full lifecycle—discovery ? prototype ? deployment ? iteration—and across multiple layers (data, integrations, application logic, AI and user experience).ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of healthcare implementations on PalantirIntegrate and standardize healthcare data across multiple sources, designing robust pipelines and data products that are reliable at scale.Prototype quickly based on Business requirement and iterate based on real-world clinical feedback Deploy production systems used in live healthcare environments Debug and support systems across data, backend, and application layers Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security requirements (HIPAA-aligned)Minimum QualificationsStrong software engineering background (Python, Java, C++, or similar) Implementation experience with Palantir Foundry and AIPExperience building production systems or complex applications Ability to work across full-stack systems integrating Data, Backend and WorkflowsStrong problem-solving in ambiguous environments Comfort working directly with non-technical healthcare stakeholders Preferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare technology or regulated environments Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR systems Strong experience with APIs, data integration, or distributed systems Strong communication skills across clinical and technical teams What Makes This Role UniqueFDEs in healthcare sit at the intersection of software engineering and clinical operations.
