Technical Reliability Engineering Lead - RemoteThe Technical Reliability Engineering Lead serves as the senior technical authority for all liquid cooling infrastructure, with a specialized focus on glycol-based cooling systems, fluid management, and system reliability. This role provides engineering oversight, governance, and technical leadership across all sites and engineering teams supporting liquid cooling operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership across all liquid cooling engineering teamsServe as SME for liquid cooling and glycol systemsEstablish engineering standards and SOPsOversee system performance, reliability, and uptimeDevelop and manage glycol and coolant programsImplement fluid testing and monitoring programsLead troubleshooting and root cause analysisSupport commissioning and capital projectsDevelop KPIs and reporting standardsManage vendors and OEM relationshipsTrain and develop engineering teamsRequired Qualifications7–10+ years of experience in liquid cooling or mechanical systemsExperience leading engineering teamsStrong expertise in glycol and fluid systemsKnowledge of pumps, heat exchangers, piping systemsExperience in manufacturing or critical environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with advanced liquid cooling technologiesKnowledge of FMEA and reliability practicesExperience in commissioning large-scale systemsFamiliarity with CMMS platformsRelevant technical certificationsKey Skills & CompetenciesAdvanced liquid cooling expertiseLeadership and team developmentAnalytical troubleshooting skillsProcess standardizationStrong communication skillsData-driven decision makingWork EnvironmentManufacturing or mission-critical environment with both field engagement and program-level oversight.
