This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role that requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and exceptional attention to detail.While the work is similar to warehouse or production jobs, it is performed in a highly regulated setting where accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual setup, breakdown, and cleaning of production and manufacturing equipmentFollow step-by-step work instructions and standard procedures with a high level of accuracyMaintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready work areas at all timesSupport daily production activities and material flowAdhere to strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standardsProperly wear PPE and report safety or quality concerns immediatelyWork closely with technicians and leads to ensure smooth operationsComplete repetitive tasks consistently while maintaining strong attention to detailPerform general labor and warehouse-style production support tasks as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or light industrial environments preferredExperience working around heavy machinery or industrial equipment is a plusAbility to perform physically demanding, repetitive work throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions exactlyComfortable working in a controlled, compliance-driven environmentBasic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand toolsBasic computer skillsPhysical & Work EnvironmentLabor-intensive role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingLift up to 40 lbs; push/pull up to 80 lbsWork in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment with noise, temperature changes, and industrial equipmentHigh expectations for cleanliness, accuracy, and procedural compliancenowhiring
