Class Action Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced consumer class action litigator to join our complex litigation practice. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience handling consumer class actions in federal and California state court, including significant experience briefing and arguing class certification motions, conducting class notification and opt-out processes, conducting class discovery, and working with experts on class certification issues. Experience with class action involving food labeling and packaging, privacy, TCPA, and product liability claims is a plus but not necessary. The following qualifications are required:J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law schoolExemplary organizational skills with a high level of attention to detailAbility to manage multiple matters and deadlines with independenceExperience with client interactions and direct communicationsExcellent analytical and writing skillsBar admission in California Preference will be given to candidates who can join one of Maschoff Brennan’s offices located in Orange County (Irvine), Los Angeles or San Francisco, California.
