Mainframe Assembler - Omaha, NE & Berkeley Heights, NJ *Title: Assembler* *Location: Omaha, NE (5 Days Onsite) & Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 days Onsite) | Hybrid* *Duration: FTE* *Interview Process: L1 followed by Code Test & Client interview.* *Job Description:* *Technical Skills:* • 10+ years’ experience in Mainframe Application Development (Assembler Language). • Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for mainframe development (Assembler language). • Leverages advanced / proven experience in the Assembler programming language across large and complex implementations and systems. • Advanced experience in the required technical subject matter (Assembler programming language). • Hands-on Assembler Development and enhancement experience n Mainframe environment • Mandatory to have ability to extract business knowledge from Mainframe assembler code. • Abel to explain assembler functionality to Java team who migrate assembler code to open system. • WFO as per client requirement for all 5 days. • Good to have relearn experience in mainframe projects. • Java knowledge is added advantage. • Strong ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specification. • Writing and executing the unit test scenarios/cases to ensure the code migration. • Deep understanding of all lifecycle components of migration projects • Ability to present designs to peers and Product Owner for approval. • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Card domain experience is a plus.
