Onsite cadence may range from once a month to up to twice per week.Employment Type: Contract to HirePay: $60-$72/hourRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise ERP implementations across complex, operations-driven environments. This role is ideal for a seasoned implementation leader who has successfully delivered multiple ERP programs, managed executive stakeholders, and driven cross-functional execution from strategy through go-live.This is a delivery-focused leadership role centered on execution, governance, vendor management, risk mitigation, and organizational readiness rather than hands-on technical configuration.Agriculture industry experience is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multi-phase, enterprise ERP and software implementation programs from initiation through stabilization and optimizationOwn overall program delivery including scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and executive communicationAct as the senior implementation authority across internal teams, business leaders, vendors, and system integratorsEstablish and manage implementation governance models, cadence, and decision-making frameworksDrive alignment between business objectives, implementation scope, and delivery executionOversee multiple concurrent workstreams including data migration, process alignment, testing, training, and change managementProactively identify, escalate, and resolve program-level risks and dependenciesProvide clear, executive-level status reporting and delivery transparencyLead go-live readiness planning and post-implementation stabilization effortsSupport onsite implementation phases as needed based on program complexityRequired ExperienceExtensive experience leading enterprise ERP or large-scale software implementations as a Project Manager or Program ManagerProven success delivering multiple complex implementations across cross-functional and distributed teamsStrong background working with system integrators, vendors, and executive stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-visibility initiativesExpertise in implementation planning, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignmentExcellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skillsAbility to operate effectively in a predominantly remote, flexible work environmentPreferred QualificationsAgriculture industry background or experience supporting operationally complex industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, or distributionConsulting or professional services experienceExperience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similarBenefits:At Ledgent Technology, we prioritize our contractors, whom we proudly call Ambassadors.
