LOCATIONS: Barnesville, Bridgeport, Martins Ferry, St. Clairsville, Bethesda Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse's Aides to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse's Aide, you will provide essential support to patients in their homes and assist with their daily activities. Responsibilities: - Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times - Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff - Assist with feeding and ensure patients receive proper nutrition - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients - Maintain a clean and organized patient environment - Follow all healthcare protocols and maintain patient confidentiality Experience: - Preferred but not required: completion of a Nurse's Aide training program or one year of experience as a Nurse's Aide or in a similar role. - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting/moving patients. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience in the role.
