Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.; Engage guests and deliver exceptional shopping experiences through relationship-building and product knowledge.; Lead new associate onboarding and co-manage payroll and store financial performance.; Ensure loss prevention practices and communicate effectively with the executive team.; Train and develop associates, coach on Guest Engagement expectations, and manage floor presence as Butterfly (manager on duty).
