Service Technician

The Service Technician performs service repairs and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned agriculture and turf equipment. Responsibilities: Will need special skillset in small engines like mowers and small tractors. Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agriculture and turf equipment. Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge. Maintains current knowledge of agriculture and turf equipment. Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment. Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion. Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments. Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments. Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders. Accounts for all time on a time card and for all material used in performing assigned duties. Requirements: Minimum 5 or more years of experience Ability to use a computer effectively for service-related tasks. Ability to work as a team player. Able to work overtime and on Saturdays. Forklift certification and current CDL are preferred but not required. Must have a valid Drivers License Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
