We have been, and remain committed to, efficiently providing the best lighting solutions for our clients.About The RoleReporting to the President with a dotted line to the Head Office in Australia, this senior role is pivotal in planning, administering and reviewing the financial and accounting activities ofall US-entities, including budgeting, cashflow, forecasting, reporting, payroll, tax compliance, inventory control, import cost accounting, project-related financial oversight, and administration.You will be required to undertake an array of duties required from an all-rounder, including ownership of the following:leadership & strategy;payroll & taxation; inventory & cost control;imports & international cost accounting;project accounting & budgeting; management accounting; cash flow & finance management; reporting & analysis; andgeneral administration.You will bring a strong background in finance and accounting, with hands-on experience managing cross-functional financial operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.About YouThis is a Senior-level position and in order to be successful, you will need to meet the following:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA.Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.Hands-on experience with payroll systems and tax filings.Proficiency in inventory and cost accounting principles.Experience with import/export processes and international finance is a strong advantage.Proficiency with financial software (NetSuite).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or import/export business is not essential but nice to have.If you feel you have the skills and want to work for a great company that is constantly growing, we want to hear from you!
